We offer refund and/or alterations within the first 15 days of your purchase, if 15days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/oralterations of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item in must be void of any stain or smell.

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

Domestic Shipping Policy
- Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business after payment.
Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
- Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping
Free shipping on orders of N100,000 or more. for orders within Nigeria.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Nigeria
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
ELCO Lagos is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Nigeria, but we can deliver to your courier or anyone you have designate to recieve on your behalf. Simply provide us with a name, phone number and delivery address.
